What is the input language for the “Gain Points, Gain Health” purpose SMS?

How to register as member?
Please provide new IC number and full name appeared on IC for membership registration. For more details, please refer to “Gain Points Gain Health”
How to get a secret code?
A scratch card with secret code can be obtained with every timo® product that attached with “Gain points Gain Health” Sticker shown as below.
How to gain more points by introducing friends and relatives?
You can introduce timo® “Gain Points, Gain Health” program to as many people as you can to gain more points without purchase commitment. However, a person can only be introduced by a friend. Once your friend key in your hand phone number in the program at first time, you will be his/her life time introducer. All you need is to ensure he/she would key in your registered hand phone number when he/she SMS the secret code for gaining points to us after his/her purchase and membership registration. How to change my registered phone number?
Download the form link and fax it with copied IC (front and back) to 06-9875788 or mail to our headquarter link of headquarter after filling in the details.

How to redeem points?
Download the form form link. Check the points needed and code number of each product from the timo® Products and Redemption Details table timo® Products and the Redemption Details link and fax it with copied IC (front and back) to 06-9875788 or mail to our headquarter after filling in the details.
How long does it take to receive the redeemed products after I have made the redemption?
Redeemed products are dispatched within 14 days and sent out by courier once verification process is completed.
Would there be any delivery charges?
No, delivery charges are covered by us.
Would my points expire?
Your points will be expired in two years starting from the date you have accumulated.
Will I be charged for the SMS?
Yes, RM0.50 per SMS.
