Loyal Customer Program (LCP)
Terms & Conditions apply to all members participating in the LCP. By registering as a member of this program you are agreed to be bounded by these terms and conditions, and these terms and conditions apply to any Link Points you gained.


  1. The LCP is operated and managed by BioFact Life Sdn Bhd (BFL). LCP is the property of BFL in which is the program established to allow registered member to extend the privilege of gaining and accumulating Link Points from purchasing of timo’s products. Member can hence redeem these Link Points to any timoTM products stated in the redemption list which published in the www.timo.com.my.
  2. All prices in the LCP are quoted in RM (Ringgit Malaysia) and no minimum of purchase required per time.
  3. The information on this LCP website is provided “as is”. The information contained in the LCP website herein may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
  4. BFL reserves the copyright of all designs and artwork produced. No part of any design or artwork in part or whole may be reproduced in any manner without our permission.
  5. All information supplied by clients will be kept confidential. We do not disclose, sell or distribute our client’s personal data to any third party unless compelled by law.
  6. BFL reserves the right to use all timoTM products for our promotional purposes.
  7. The management of BFL reserves the right to add, alter, delete, update and withdraw any information without prior notice given to members. BFL assumes no responsibility for material created or published by third parties in the LCP website as the material has not been verified or authenticated by BLF.
  8. BFL shall not responsible for any damage suffered as a result of the use of the information in the LCP website and in no event shall BFL be liable for any indirect punitive or consequential damage howsoever arising from the use of the LCP website or the information contained herein.
  9. RM0.50 per SMS replied from our SMS system will be charged to the member。Standard telco charges applied.
  10. Communications will mostly be via phone, fax, email and the website. You should notify us of any change in contact details.

  1. To take part in the program, you must be a member. In order to be a LCP member, you shall register thru SMS to 33310 with pre-requisite information requested.Link Point is a trade mark of BFL. All other products or services referenced in this site are the trademark or services marks of the company.
  2. Below are the key words for respective functions:
    • To register as a member : timo<space>reg<space>IC No<space>full name
    • To accumulate Link Point: timo<space>pts<space>secret code
    • To accumulate Link Point with friend: timo<space>pts<space>secret code<space>friend’s phone no
    • To check Link Point balance: timo<space>bal
  3. Take note that your hand phone number will be your membership number and you IC will be used as verification purposes for all LCP matters since then.
  4. You will gain Link Points from various timoTM products purchased. For a list of timo’s product and further details, please visit our LCP website at www.timo.com.my
  5. Your Link Points will be expired in two years starting from the date you accumulating.
  6. It is your responsibility that changes of hand phone shall instantly update to BFL. IC will need to be faxed to BioFact Life Sdn Bhd - Loyal Customer Program department at +603-8061 5086 for authentication. We shall not responsible and entertain for any dispute arising from Link Point not been recorded due to contact number not updated.
  7. Your membership shall start commence upon registration of the LCP program. You are deemed to have accepted and agree to abide to the Terms and Conditions herein.
  8. BFL reserves the ultimate right to determine who shall be eligible for membership in the LCP program.
  9. All BFL employees shall not be permitted to take part of the LCP program.


  1. Link Point to members is only available to timoTM products redeemed.
  2. Link Point are not property and do not have any monetary value except in respect of the value assigned to them by BFL or Link Point entitlement may not be transferred, sold or bequeathed . Link Point may be redeemed for rewards only, and are not convertible into cash or other monetary terms. Link Point is used solely to record your entitlement to claim a reward.
  3. Member can only be awarded Link Point from purchasing timoTM product. You must gain the Link Point thru our SMS system. Please refer to the card attached with the timo’s products for Link Point gained.
  4. While member return timoTM products due to faulty problem, the Link Points earned in respect of such purchase will be deducted from the Member account. Members shall furnish the exchange form and return the faulty product with card attached.
  5. BFL reserves the right to delay and postponed the recording of Link Point to member account until it has been proven that member is eligible to be awarded when exception arisen. Any dispute with respect to such matter shall settle between BFL and the respective member.
  6. Any error for the Link Point accumulated in the account at you perception must be notified to our LCP within (7) days of the date when the relevant Link Point send to BFL, failing which you are deemed to have accepted the balance in your account.
  7. We may change these terms and conditions at any time. You agree that you are bounded by any change. Changes may include a change to:
    • The available rewards.
    • The way you can gain Link Point.
    • They way you can redeem timoTM product
    • The amount of Link Point required for redemption.
  8. Any of these changes may be made even if they affect Link Point you have already accumulated.


  1. Redemption item shall be of timoTM products from redemption list stated in the LCP official website. Redemption items available at any time are shown on the web www.timo.com.my. All redemptions are subject to availability. BFL reserves the right to substitute any redemption product with equivalent value. All redemptions are subject to specific conditions on which the provider of the redemption makes the redemption available. If there is any inconsistency between them and these terms and conditions, the specific condition prevail.
  2. Redemption items are dispatched within 14 days once verification process completed and its will be sent by courier.
  3. Redemptions can be made by faxing complete redemption form with IC photocopy attached to BioFact Life Sdn Bhd - Loyal Customer Program department with its facsimile +603-8061 5086.
  4. It’s important that you inspect all redemption products upon received. If unfortunately you have received a faulty product, it can be returned with its packaging and we shall exchange with the same or similar product subject to availability.

Termination of membership:

  1. BFL may terminate a membership of Link Point program without notice and for any reason, including if the member fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions:
    • Supplies any misleading information or makes any misrepresentations to BFL; or
    • Abuse any privilege accorded to the member under the Program; or
    • Engages in any fraudulent activities under the program; or
    • Is deceased or is declared bankrupt; or
    • Fraud case
  2. Terminate of membership will result in forfeiture of remaining Link Point in a member’s account.
  3. We may terminate the program at any time. We will notify you as soon as practicable of any termination and the period in which you may use your Link Point to redeem rewards.
  4. Membership in the LCP program and all related benefits are offered at the sole discretion of BFL. BFL reserves the rights, from time to time, to restrict, suspense, or otherwise alter aspect these Terms & Conditions, with or without notice to members which changes may affect the value of Link Point accumulated.

Privacy declaration:

  1. As providers of the Loyal Customer Program, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information for latest product news updates & promotion functions.
  2. To proceed and fulfill you Link Point, we need to know you name, identification card number and phone number etc. We will only use the information you provided us about yourself for:
    1. The purpose you give the information.
    2. A purpose related to that reason; or
    3. Another purpose to which you have consented.
  3. We will not disclose that information to a third party unless compelled to by law.
