  1. Returns and Refunds

1.1 Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

After 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for any reason.

Certain items are exempt from being returned or refunded, including:

1)         Products that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition.

2)         Items that have been personalized or customized.

3)         Perishable goods.

1.2 Returnable Items

  • Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and you may be required to return the incorrect item to us. Return shipping costs for wrong items will be covered by us.

  • Quality Issue

If you believe you have received a product with a quality issue or manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the item. We may ask you to provide photographs or other evidence of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund, based on your preference.

  1. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return for a wrong item or quality issue, please contact our customer service team at onlinesale@biofactlife.com within the specified timeframe. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant evidence. Our team will guide you through the return process.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
